[TYPO3-english] client server installation

Hi All,

we have your web server on the other side of the globe - saying 400ms
for a simple ping to the site... Therefore editing becomes a pain.

We have a linux file server in the office and i thought if it is
possible to have a client server typo3 installation, where our editor
works on a local office server and the remote web server is updated later...
