[TYPO3-english] Troubles with rtehtmlarea on 4.2.5

I think that it depends on some php or Apache configuration (I use Zend) 
and/or some another libs or apps.
Server (1) - new server. I installed OS and apps there recently.
Server (2) worked long time and it has many configuration changes, many apps 
installed.
On both servers are used same OS (SLES 10)
