[TYPO3-english] appending params to links

Hey!

Greetings. I have page which contains unique links, say five links:
http://subdomain.tld.com/link.php
http://subdomain.tld.com/link.php
http://subdomain.tld.com/link1.php
http://subdomain.tld.com/link1.php
http://subdomain.tld.com/link2.php

I want to append specific parameters to all links. Whats the best way to 
do? I can use mailform_userfunc for this, but I am searching and reading 
about typolink to find out how to actually do this for these links only!
