[TYPO3-english] Problem cannot access web pages with IE

Hi,
 
I found the problem. It comes from CoolURI extension.
But I don't know how to fix that and also don't understand why it went wrong in the sudden.
I've use it for awhile but it just recently has problem with IE.
 
Is it the same issue with realURL?
