Hi,

A view days ago i noticed that there is some strange behavior when it 
comes to decoding of the URL.
This page:
http://www.posthof.at/programmdetails/article/one-culture-rastafahnda-jim-panson-serve-chilled-ingredients/

Is also reachable via following URL:
http://www.posthof.at/programmdetails/article/whatever

can i check somewhere how URLs are decoded?
