Thanx to idea given from my Polish friends I used other solution:

lib.pageTitle = HMNENU
lib.pageTitle {
   special = list
   special.value = 0
   1 = TMENU
   1.NO.allWrap = <li>|</li>
   1.doNotLinkIt = 1
}



lib.someCoa = COA
lib.someCoa {
  10 < lib.pageTitle
  10.special.value = 123

  20 < lib.pageTitle
  20.special.value = 456

  // etc etc...
}
