[TYPO3-english] Extension of file name "file.inc" is not allowed

I believe in the config file localconf.php or in the install tool
there is a list of  BE allowed / disallowed file extensions. Take a
look there and search the page for "extensions" or "php" or "inc" and
see what it turns up...
