[TYPO3-english] view item - references to this item

Ok, I found that I can use searchbox (placed in the right top corner).
But it is not working for non-admin users. I found several discussions
in the maillist, however none of them solves the problem.

Can somebody help me? Currently it is really difficult to find all
contents where the record is inserted.
