[TYPO3-english] multi domain and language

Hi all!
I have two domain (mydomain.it and mydomain.com) to the same TYPO3 site.
In the site I have two language: italian e english.

I have inserted in the page two flags to switch from one language to the
other with success.
Now I'd like to set TYPO3 that if a user access to the site from .it the
first language is italian and if access from .com the first language is set
to english.
I try with
[globalVar=IENV:TYPO3_HOST_ONLY = mydomain.com]
config.sys_language_uid = 1
config.language = en
config.locale_all = en_EN

the pages are in english (with some problems with links, real url don't
insert the en prefix)

My problem is that now if someone access from .com and after click on
italian flags he receives always the page in english.

How is the correct settings to do this?
