Done...updated reference index (integrity is perfect), but in list module, In TemplaVoilà Template Object table, I still see the column [ref] empty... :(

You don't... There is a module under Admin Tools where you can update reference index. TemplaVoila cannot do anything about it, so do not put bug reports about it, it will be closed as soon as it is found.
