[TYPO3-english] behaviour of Typo3 4.3 + Templavoila 1.4.1 - TO references

A little question about a different behaviour I've seen between 
Typo3 4.2.9 + Templavoila 1.3.7 and Typo3 4.3 + Templavoila 1.4.1:

In the first case, when I edit the page properties of a page, I see in the "extended" tab the following dropdowns:

 - Page Template Structure
 - Use Template Design

In Typo3 4.3 + Templavoila 1.4.1

there is only: 
 - Use Template Design

Moreover, when I go to the sysfolder that contains  the DS adn TO, in "list view - extended view",  

In the case Typo3 4.2.9 + Templavoila 1.3.7, in the table "TemplaVoilà Template Object" , the column "[Ref]" shows the number of references of the TO, while in Typo3 4.3 + Templavoila 1.4.1, the column "[Ref]" is empty.

This behaviour is wanted, or is this a little bug?

BTW, I checked in the DB, and I've seen that the field "tx_templavoila_to" on the pages table is correctly filled
