[TYPO3-english] How to add/save Basis templates in SysFolder?

The simplest way is probably to go to the Web > List module, place 
yourself in your sysFolder and click the button to create a new record. 
The screen will then display a wizard for selecting what kind of new 
record you want to create. Select "Template".
