[TYPO3-english] TS_links_rte function with RealURL

Hi all,

I'm using the TS_links_rte() function of class.t3lib_parsehtml_proc.php 
class to transform DB links to RTE links in front-end plugins.. it 
works, however, the url is not friendly at all. Eg: 
http://domain.com/index.php?id=10;


Is there anyway I could make this work with RealURL ?
