[TYPO3-english] Why there is not an " official " online Forum for TYPO3 ?

Maybe it should also be up-to-date? :-o
The latest post is dated 17-03-2009...

If posting (maybe combined with prefilled info when logged in to the
website?)  were possible the only real difference with a 'normal' forum
could be the lay-out?
