[TYPO3-english] Special charachters in language

Excellent, the solution was to insert the following in the template setup

# allow special characters in titles H1, H2, ...
lib.stdheader.10.setCurrent.htmlSpecialChars = 0

# allow special characters in meny titles
lib.parseFunc.nonTypoTagStdWrap.HTMLparser.htmlSpecialChars = 0
