Why not remap the template via TypoScript to automatically include the
static members content before or after the column content?

lib.temp = lib.left
lib.left >
lib.left = COA
lib.left.10 = RECORDS
// user TS RECORDS to pull static uids or content from consistent pid
lib.left.20 < lib.temp

use lib.left as normal
