[TYPO3-english] TU/e TER mirror temporarily unavailable

Hello all,
We are replacing a number of servers at the moment, causing problems with the TU/e TER mirror. I would advise everyone to use a different mirror for the time being. We hope to resolve this issue within the next 24 hours. I will let you know as soon as the issues are resolved.
