[TYPO3-english] ACT for language menu

Hey folks,

I don't know what's wrong with following HMENU:

lib.langs = HMENU
lib.langs {
special = language
special.value = 2,1,0
wrap = <ul id="langs">|</ul>
1 = TMENU
1.noBlur = 1
1.NO.allWrap = <li>|</li>
1.NO.stdWrap.override = slovensky||english||česky
1.NO.stdWrap.wrap = |<span></span>
1.NO.ATagParams = id="dsk"||id="dgb"||id="dcz"
1.ACT < .1.NO
1.ACT.ATagParams = id="lsk"||id="lgb"||id="lcz"
}

the problem is that ACT is always 0.

Just check it out - http://www.pixelbox.cz/sk/ - content is in slovak 
(uid = 2) so id of the element should be "lsk", but all elements have id 
starting with "d" - the NO variant. It seems that ACT doesn't work here, 
but why?
