[TYPO3-english] Cached pages in IE

I have an issue, where people consistently see old cached pages in IE 
after server cache has been cleared. This is not the case for Firefox, 
so it must be a client side caching issue.

config.sendCacheHeaders is not set, so there should be no reason for IE 
to keep a cached page. Any suggestions? Can someone verify?
