[TYPO3-english] Not all pages are indexed

Hi all,
I have a problem with some installations that not all pages are indexed by indexed_search.
I use a template named config which is included as a basic template. The config TYPO3 Setup has the line:

config{
index_enable = 1
}

All pages have a standard cache period and are searchable.

Sounds this familiar to anyone? Looking forward to a possible solution.
