[TYPO3-english] be_user rights question

Good morning!

We need a be_user which is able to edit only page content, but _not_ the page properties. 

Ok, so we go to his be_group access list and set Tables (modify): "Page content". With this setting, the user is able to create content on a page (without editing page properties), but the page content goes to "Non-used elements" and it´s not possible for him, to move the content element away from there. The alternative is to give him Tables (modify): "Page content" + "Page" and then in access module remove the "Edit page" checkbox for his group. But this results in the exact same behavior.

We use TYPO3 4.2.6, TemplaVoila 1.3.7 and be_acl 1.4.0.

Do I miss something or is this really not possible?
