[TYPO3] RTE typolink title htmlSpecialChars function

Hello Chris,

but I can't find any configuration to do this for all links generated by

You can check the typoscript object path "lib.parseFunc_RTE" which is
basically applied to content to print the RTE content properly. Especially
you can see "lib.parseFunc_RTE.tags.link.typolink" which handles links
generated from RTE.
