[TYPO3] typo3 4.2 how to enable split preview again

Hi all,

our reviewer liked the split preview function where they were able to
spot the changes intermediately an were able to release the content to
the publisher in one set...

is there a provision to enable this split live version / workspace
verion with information of changes on the right site again?
