No cooluri Problem.... my config was <title>tx_realurl_pathsegment,alias,subtitle,title</title> and the user wrote 3 spaces into the subtitle (in all sites!). Very hard to find this, so if cooluri don't work, maybe you have a look for spaces ;-) freddy
