[TYPO3] Uninstalling DAM extension resulted in blank back end

Navigate to /typo3/install/. You will be prompted for your Install tool password. There choose "All configuration". Next search for an option to set displayErrors to 1. Now go to the Backend. You will see a PHP error message. See if you can fix the problem now.
