I just tried to create that type of news on one of my sites and the 
links in the LIST view lead directly to the page, meaning that there's no...

http://www.example.com/page-displaying-single-news/news-title

...but...

http://www.example.com/path/to/my/page

Considering this fact, I don't really understand your problem.
