[TYPO3] Extension "comments" notification without the need to approve each comment?

Hi!
Thanks for this reply Søren, but I have no experience using hooks...
I know some php und typoscript and if someone could give me a brief hint 
how to use this hook I think I could manage it.

Could I with this hook just extend what happens when a submission is 
processed? What would be the basics steps?

dmitry wrote that the class for mail handling script is:
t3lib_htmlmail or t3lib_div::plainMailEncoded.
