[TYPO3] removing trees (last newbie question)

Hello Steve,

there's no need of having your starting page (the first under the globe) as id=1.

However if you would like it, and you are not getting it allthough there are no 
other pages in the tree, it's because there were pages before, which you have 
deleted. These deleted pages are not realy delteted, they are only marked as 
deleted in the DB and therefore the IDs are still blocked. You can remove these 
deleted pages and other deleted objects from DB with the extension nf_cleandb. 
This way you unblock these blocked IDs.
