[TYPO3] trying to "clean" list view....

wow, it looks great, very important extension, I didn't knew that!
anyway.... it says "This plugin is for Typo3 3.8.x – 4.0.x."...
it seems not to be good for Typo3 4.1 or later... am I misunderstanding?
