[TYPO3] strange CoolUri URLs

Hi,

there is a link looking like this

<a 
href="index.php?id=28&amp;tipUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.heizen3.de%2Fprodukte%2Fsolarsysteme%2Fphotovoltaik.html">

in the page. I would suspect the crawler to not understand base url tag 
properly.

 > config.redirectOldLinksToNew = 1

With this settings the 
http://www.domain.de/index.php?id=solar-photovaltaik should be 
redirected to the cool form with the latest CoolUri version.
