[TYPO3] deleted Table still in TCA

Hey,
i have a weird problem, i extended an Extension written by someone else. 
i created a new db table through ext_tables.php and ext_tables.sql, i 
dont needed it so i deleted it through phpmyadmin and i deleted the 
stuff written inside the 2 files...if i now go to list view i get an 
mysql error in src/typo3/class.db_list.inc (line 694) and in 
src/typo3/class.t3lib_db.php telling me that the table does not 
exist??!! i deleted the table, i deleted the filecontent, i dont use the 
table anywhere else...??
is it still written inside another table for configuration reasons?
can someone please help.
the problem occurs only in list view
