[TYPO3] Contagged

Hi Jeppe,

now I did some extensive tests. It seems that if the content is not 
encoded in UTF-8 the modifier "u" of the Regular Expression causes the 
search to determine.

The latest version of contagged (v0.1.2) solves this problem by 
switching off UTF-8 support by default.
