[TYPO3] realURL autoconfig not working, two domains

I am trying to get the autoconfig to work with realURL 1.5.0 on a TYPO3 
4.1.7 site. No autoconfig.php file is generated and the realURL's being 
generated include just the page IDs. No data shows when examining the 
Info for Speaking URL Management

The typoscript setup for the root page of the site(s) includes:

#realURL
config.simulateStaticDocuments = 0
config.tx_realurl_enable = 1
config.baseURL = http://www.mainwebsite.com/
# allows for bookmarks within pages to work with realurl
config.prefixLocalAnchors = all

The structure of the site is:

Main website (ID=1)
|_sub page
|_sub page
|_Secondary Domain (ID=33)
...

Page ID1 has attached the domain www.mainwebsite.com, and 
mainwebsite.com is redirected to http://www.mainwebsite.com

Page ID33 has attached the domain www.SecondaryDomain.com, and 
SecondaryDomain.com is redirected to http://www.SecondaryDomain.com

Path to configuration file is blank
Enable automatic configuration is enabled
Automatic configuration file format is set to Serialized

Is the complication of the second domain preventing the autoconfig from 
working?
