Nothing like that. Did you read the manual carefully? It shows
command line very clear:

/path/to/web/site/typo3/cli_dispatch.php mnogosearch -w -n

What will be "/path/to/web/site/" in your case? Isn't it
"/var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/"?
