[TYPO3-english] HELP! my typo3 site is damaged

THIS webhoster does not give you access to the log files:

The suggested script I included into the second line of index.php and
typo3/install/index.php  but does not work.

I can connect via phpMyAdmin, and as I did before I can change something
(I removed "71" from the static templates)

I have access to it via web too, otherwise I could not see the web pages.
I cannot login, and I cannot add a new admin account vi the Install tool.

What can I still try?
