Hi Ronald,

Do you have ssh access to the server? I guess so since you exchanged
your localconf.php. It might be a good idea to look into the apache/php
log files, what error they give...

if the install tool can not add an admin user I bet it is a mysql access
rights problem.
Connected to SQL database successfully -> check if you have it ticked
