[TYPO3-english] generate css suffix with cooluri?

Hi,

the suffix issue still needs to be solved, but there's a way.

The prerequisite is that the link that you don't want to add suffix to 
is NOT generated by CoolUri.

Now, you add/modify link in the CoolUri manager to style.css - 
index.php?id=X&type=Y (you need to put it here with the .css suffix) and 
set it to sticky.

The "example.com/style.css" will be working as long as it's not 
regenerated by Typo3, which should not happen. If you'd link to the page 
by CoolUri (meaning regular typolink), the suffix would be added, but 
since you don't have the URL generated but just printed out, it should 
be OK.
