[TYPO3-english] direct mail and French accents in title

Hello,

For some reason I suddenly seem to have problems with a French 
newsletter that I send: when viewing the page in FE view all is fine but 
when sending the newsletter (with same page) the subject line (using 
title of page) in the mail is scrambled with these signs: =?iso-8859-1?

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

I am using TYPO4 4.1.7 and Direct mail 2.5.2
