[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 and sugarcrm

Hey,

Can anyone give me some insight on how he has worked with TYPO3 and 
sugarcrm.

Their are 2 ways of getting data in sugarcrm:
eu_sugarcrm (with form element or using your own ext) and 
powermail_sendpost.

What did you already use and how?
What do you prefer working with?
Any pitfalls i need to worry about?
