[TYPO3-english] altElementBrowserMountPoints per page (User T Sconfig per Page setting)

maybe this is the problem:

could it be that since this condition has to be evalueted in the element browser (which is a different window called by
browser.php?mode=db&bparams=data[tt_content][321][records]|||tt_content,tt_news|

it has no ID as get parameter?

so it can't evaluate the TS condition?
