[TYPO3-english] 4.2.2 Upgrading problems

Hi,

I did several upgrades and found this:

upgrading from 4.0.x to 4.2.2 gives no problems;
upgrading from 4.1.6 to 4.2.2 gives problems.

Problems in this upgrade are:
1) rtehtmlarea 1.7.6 does not appear
2) the headers of content elements are not visible in the BE in the
content element (they show up in the FE)

The problem must be connected with 4.1.6. I cleared every possible
cache and deleted every temp-file I could find.

Any ideas?
