[TYPO3] TYPO3 Extension upload script

Hello!

I need to override my server's shared php.ini and put custom one.
How do I find out which file/script is responsible for processing upload 
of an extension via the Extension Manager?
I need the path location so I can place php.ini in that folder as well.
phpMyAdmin ext is 3M, currently, the server's limit is 2M.
