hi

I've just thought that it is really some work to check all "yours" TYPO3
installations to find out which one has security bug announced in
Security Bulletin.

Can't we automate that?

All we need is:

1. File with security info put somewhere at typo3.org

2. Extension which can be run by cron. It will:
    a) fetch the list of extensions with security bugs from typo3.org,
    b) find if you use on of them
    c) and finally send you an email if so.

What do you think?

Can Security Team provide special file with standardized info about
extensions that have security holes?
