[TYPO3] Moved source folder, and now no more index.php

I moved my TYPO3 source folder on accident today, but put it right back
where it was after realizing the mistake.  Then, I checked the site to make
sure everything was okay, and was met with a 404 on the index.php page.  I
thought that moving the folder may have broken the symlinks.  I could still
see that they were there, but I redid the symlinks anyway, but was told that
the files were already in existance.  Still, I am getting a 404.  The
symlink is there for the index.php page.  I can see the file on the server,
so I am not sure what the problem is.  Extremely new to typo3...as if that
was not obvious already.  Any guidance anyone can provide would be greatly
appreciated.
