[TYPO3] cooluri in 4.2

Dear all,

Since updating one of my sites to 4.2 I've noticed that I no longer have the 
two CoolURI fields in Page Properties: Speaking URL Path Segment or 'Exclude 
this page from middle of a page path'.  I'm guessing this is related to the 
merging of the Standard and Advanced Doktypes in 4.2 - but I don't know for 
sure.  Has any one else found this, and is there a way around it?
