[TYPO3] cooluri - strange behaviour on multidomain site

As soon as a page X is generated, where a link to a page Y is printed out by
TYPO3, cooluri will generate the URI for page Y.
So you can't create a page and immeditely view the page by typing the
(expected) cool-uri.
Instead you have to 
* Open the page via ?id=XXX (e.g. by "View Page" in BE)
* Access a page which links to the new page (e.g. a Sitemap)

Then you the link is generated and can be directly accessed.
