[TYPO3] avoid duplicate content with TYPO3

Henrik,

I agree with Roman.  I use CoolURI and works as he says.  Now, if Google 
already listed some ugly ?id=??? use a Google Sitemap to correct it. 
Sooner or later Google will drop the ugly url.
