[TYPO3] Redirect if you're not logged in

Look in TER (Extension repository). I think there are some extensions which 
may solve that problem. But probably they only work on the page level.

But as I understand, a not logged in user which try to open the page with 
this content element on, should be redirected to the login page. You could 
probably use conditions in an ext template on the page to achive this, read 
in TSref.
