[TYPO3] TR and TD styles in RTE

I have tried many variations of TS and CSS to try and allow custom classes
to be applied to table rows and cells in the RTE with no success. (custom
paragraph styles are fine)

If anybody can shed a little light on this or provide a working example of
the TS I would be very grateful.
